页岩气集输管道内检测技术控制要点探讨

摘要 管道内检测是国内外管道腐蚀情况监测的重要手段。页岩气开采区域地形复杂,其集输管道管径小、长度短、转角多、起伏大,给管道内检测施工带来诸多困难与风险。本文基于某页岩气区块内检测案例,针对检测全过程进行了探讨分析,梳理出技术控制要点,为页岩气集输管道内检测施工提供参考建议。 Pipeline internal detection is an important means of pipeline corrosion monitoring at home and abroad. The terrain of shale gas production area is complex, and its gathering and transmission pipeline has small diameter, short length, many corners and large fluctuations, which brings many difficulties and risks to the pipeline internal detection construction. Based on the detection case in a shale gas block, this paper discusses and analyzes the whole detection process,combs out the key points of technical control, and provides reference suggestions for the detection construction in shale gas gathering and transmission pipeline.
