基于5G技术的血液冷链监控系统应用探讨

摘要 目的实现从献血者血管到患者血管的全程冷链监控。方法通过采集终端[射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)技术标签、温度检测探头、GPS]、数据管理平台和云平台实时监控温度信息,实现数据共享并对异常温度信息及时干预。比较血液冷链监控系统升级前后的血液采集、运输、制备、储存和发放等环节温度的变化并自动记录,分析关键指标、监测项目、工作效率、错误率和异常情况的报警情况。结果从10个关键指标分析冷链监控系统升级前后的变化,系统升级后满意度综合评分优于原系统;监测数量和项目均有大幅度提升;比较手工录入和RFID扫描输入发现,录入用时和错误率方面的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论5G云平台引入血液冷链监控系统,不断完善的功能和实时连续的监测系统,可有效保障血液采集到输注等各环节的安全供应。 Objective To realize the whole process of cold chain monitoring from blood donors’vessels to patients’blood vessels.Methods Real-time temperature information was monitored by acquisition terminals[radio frequency identification(RFID)technology tags,temperature detection probes,GPS],data management platforms and cloud platforms to realize data sharing and timely intervention of abnormal temperature information.The temperature changes of blood collection,transportation,preparation,storage and distribution before and after the upgrade of blood cold chain monitoring system were compared and recorded automatically,and the key indicators,monitoring items,work efficiency,error rate and abnormal alarm situation were analyzed.Results The changes of the cold chain monitoring system before and after upgrading were analyzed from 10 key indicators,the comprehensive score of satisfaction was better than the original system.There was a significant increase in the number and ites of monitoring.Comparing manual input and RFID scanning input,it was found that there were statistically significant differences in input time and error rate(P<0.001).Conclusion The 5G cloud system introduces the blood cold chain monitoring system,and the continuously improved functions and long-term continuous monitoring system can effectively ensure the safe supply of blood collection to transfusion.
