3D打印技术在全膝关节置换术中的临床应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 3D打印技术作为制造业中的革命性进步,是一项快速发展的技术,其在医学领域的应用中也获得了迅猛发展,且在全膝关节置换手术(Total Knee Arthroplasty,TKA)中应用越来越广泛,3D打印技术具有可缩短手术时间、提高截骨精准度、使个性化假体更吻合等优势。本文介绍了3D打印技术的定义、发展过程及操作流程,阐述了其在TKA中的应用现状,分析了该技术在TKA医学教育和术前沟通、手术操作术前规划、截骨导板的设计及应用、个性化内置物假体的打印及膝关节软骨再生方面的优势,并展望了该技术对TKA及关节软骨再生方面的热点,以期为3D打印技术广泛运用于TKA奠定一定的理论基础。 3D printing technology is a rapidly developing technology as a revolutionary progress in the manufacturing industry,and its application in the medical field has also achieved rapid development.The application of 3D printing technology in total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is becoming more and more common.3D printing technology has the advantages of shortening the operation time,improving the precision of osteotomy,and making personalized prosthesis more anastomotic.This paper introduced the definition,development process and operation process of 3D printing technology,expounded its application status in TKA,and analyzed its advantages in TKA medical education and preoperative communication,preoperative planning of surgical operation,design and application of osteotomy guide plate,printing of personalized implants and cartilage regeneration of knee joint,and the hot spots of TKA and articular cartilage regeneration were prospected,which aimed to lay a theoretical foundation for 3D printing technology widely used in TKA.
