可穿戴设备在心理健康监测中的应用研究

Application Research of Wearable Device in Mental Health Monitoring

可穿戴设备因其具有智能、便捷、实时等特点,应用前景广阔,已成为医疗领域的研究热点。目前可穿戴设备在健康检测、疾病管理、康复领域中得到了广泛的应用,在心理健康监测中的及时预警、客观科学等优势也日益凸显,但可穿戴设备在心理健康监测方面的应用较少。本文对可穿戴设备在心理健康监测中的研究进展进行了综述,以期为可穿戴技术的发展和临床护理实践及开展相关研究提供一定的参考依据。

Wearable devices have become an important research hotspot in the medical field because of the characteristics of intelligence,convenience and real-time,and have a wide application prospect.At present,wearable devices are widely used in the fields of health detection,disease management and rehabilitation,and their advantages such as timely warning and objective science in mental health monitoring are increasingly prominent,but the application of wearable devices in mental health monitoring is less and needs further in-depth research.In this paper,the research progress of wearable devices in mental health monitoring was reviewed to provide references for the development of wearable technology and clinical care practice and conducting related research.
