轨道交通新线开通背景下的常规公交线网调整 被引量:1

摘要 轨道交通新线开通后会与沿线平行的常规公交线路形成竞争,造成一定的公共资源浪费。为优化城市公共交通网络、降低线路重复、增强网络接驳、增加空间覆盖、提高运营效率、促进公交网和轨道网充分融合、打造一体化的公共交通系统,对轨道交通线路沿线公交配套衔接方案进行优化调整。以武汉市轨道交通5号线和16号线配套公交优化调整为例,综合考虑公交线路与轨道交通廊道重复系数等线路属性指标和客流等运营指标,探索轨道交通配套常规公交网的优化调整目标、原则、思路以及现状评估方法、调整后评价体系、配套保障政策、分批实施建议,为新开地铁线路配套公交优化调整提供借鉴和参考作用。 After the opening of the new rail line,it will compete with the parallel conventional bus lines along the line,resulting in a certain waste of public resources.In order to optimize the city's public transport network,reduce line duplication,enhance network connectivity,increase space coverage,improve operation efficiency,promote the full integration of public transport network and rail network,and create an integrated public transport system,it is necessary to optimize and adjust the bus supporting connection scheme along the rail line.Taking the optimization and adjustment of the supporting public transport of Wuhan Metro lines 5 and 16 as an example,the line attribute indicators such as the repetition coefficient of bus lines and rail transit corridors and the operation indicators such as passenger flow are comprehensively considered,the optimization and adjustment objectives,principles,ideas,current situation evaluation methods,post adjustment evaluation system,supporting security policies,and batch implementation suggestions of the rail transit supporting conventional public transport network have been explored,it can provide reference for the optimization and adjustment of supporting public transportation of new metro lines.
