摘要
在乡村振兴战略中,要解决的主要问题是“三农”问题,作为我国重要农产品,棉花产业产出效率的提升能有效提升棉区产业发展和乡村振兴。本文聚焦我国甘肃、河北等11个地区的棉花产业生产情况,运用DEA-Malmquist模型测算2011—2020年这11个地区的棉花产业投入产出数据,分析产出效率变动情况后认为:新疆、甘肃地区棉花产业产出效率在不断提升,其余地区产出效率均有提升空间。并根据乡村振兴战略,从棉花机械化生产、目标价格、保险+期货等方面提出相应的建议及措施。
In the rural revitalization strategy,the main problems to be solved are the"three rural"issues,as important agricultural products,the improvement of output efficiency of cotton industry can effectively promote the development of cotton industry and rural revitalization.This paper focused on the production situation of cotton industry in 11 regions such as Gansu Province and Hebei Province,and used DEA-Malmquist model to calculate the input and output data of cotton industry in these 11 regions from 2011 to 2020.After analyzing the changes of output efficiency,it was concluded that the output efficiency DEA of cotton industry in Xinjiang and Gansu Province is strong and effective,while the output efficiency of other regions were all positive space for improvement.And according to the rural revitalization strategy,from the cotton mechanization production,target price,insurance and futures and other aspects of the corresponding suggestions and measures.
