摘要
为研究80%噻苯隆可湿性粉剂在棉花上的脱叶催熟效果,以鲁棉研28为试验材料进行田间试验。结果表明,不同剂量处理对棉花脱叶催熟效果随用药量增加而提高,其中以高剂量处理(有效成分量为450 g/hm^(2))效果最好,低剂量处理(有效成分量为150 g/hm^(2))效果最差;各处理对棉花的棉籽发芽率、产量及品质均无显著影响。综合脱叶效果和经济效益推荐80%噻苯隆可湿性粉剂的有效成分量225~300 g/hm^(2)(制剂量为281.25~375.00 g/hm^(2))用于棉花后期脱叶催熟。
In order to study the defoliation and ripening effect of 80%thibenuron wp on cotton,a field experiment was conducted with Lumianyan 28 as test material.The results showed that the effect of different dosages of 80%thibenuron wp on cotton defoliation and flocculation increased with the increase of dosages,and the effect of 450 g/hm^(2) of high dosages was the best,and the low dose of 150 g/hm^(2) had the worst effect.Each treatment had no significant effect on cottonseed germination rate,yield and quality of cotton.Based on the comprehensive defoliation effect and economic benefit,it is recommended that 80%thidiazuron WP has an active ingredient content of 225-300 g/hm^(2)(preparation dose of 281.25-375.00 g/hm^(2))for cotton defoliation and ripening in the later stage.
