农业科技创新对兵团棉花产业高质量发展的影响

摘要 以新疆生产建设兵团2004—2020年的时间序列数据为研究样本,构建指标体系以熵值法综合评价农业科技创新和棉花产业高质量发展水平,以探讨农业科技创新对棉花产业高质量发展的影响。并通过线性回归对其进行了分析。结果表明:一是新疆生产建设兵团农业科技创新水平中等偏低,但呈现出稳定增长的趋势;二是棉花产业高质量发展水平在2004—2015年较低,发展较为缓慢,2016年开始棉花高质量发展水平逐渐提高,并保持波动增长趋势;三是农业科技创新对棉花产业高质量发展的促进作用显著。 Taking the time series data of Xinjiang production and construction corps(XPCC)from 2004 to 2020 as the research sample,constructs an index system to comprehensively evaluate the agricultural science and technology innovation and the high-quality development level of cotton industry with the entropy method,to discuss the influence of agricultural science and technology innovation on the high-quality development of cotton industry and analyze by linear regression.The results showed that the level of agricultural science and technology innovation in XPCC is low.However,it showed a steady growth trend.The high-quality development level of cotton industry was relatively low from 2004 to 2015,and the development was relatively slow.From 2016,the high-quality development level of cotton gradually improved,and it kept a fluctuating growth trend.Finally,the agricultural science and technology innovation had played a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of cotton industry.
