宋代漏泽园公文运行探究

Management of Official Documents in Luozeyuan in the Song Dynasty

在宋代漏泽园的运行过程当中,“头子”是官员对尸体进行检讫之后签发的准许尸体埋葬进入漏泽园的凭证。和头子同步使用的还有“状”,状则是将尸体埋入漏泽园的申请,填写者或口述者是尸体的发现者与死者的亲属。漏泽园墓志砖铭文中提及的头子使用情况,保留了头子的具体内容,扩大了学界以往对头子的相关认知。另外,对漏泽园公文使用情况的探究,加深了对漏泽园检讫制度的认识,对漏泽园墓志砖铭文的正确识读也大有裨益。

In the management of the Louzeyuan in the Song Dynasty,the Touzi is the certificate issued by the officials to allow the remains of dead people to be buried into the cemetery after the officials examined the corpses.With the use of the Touzi there is also a Zhuang,which is the application to bury the remains in the Louzeyuan.The writer or the narrator of the Zhuang is usually the discoverer of the corpse and the relatives of the deceased.The inscriptions on the epitaph bricks in Louzeyuan record the use of the Touzi and retain specific content of it,which expands the academic understanding of the Touzi till now.In addition,the research on the management of the official documents in the Louzeyuan not only deepens our understanding of its inspection system,but also is of great benefit to the correct reading of the epitaph brick inscriptions.
