有限切开微型钢板内固定术治疗掌骨骨折的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of the treatment of metacarpal fracture with limited incision microplate internal fixation

目的探讨有限切开微型钢板内固定术治疗掌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法92例掌骨骨折患者,根据手术方式不同分为对照组(42例)和观察组(50例)。对照组患者行克氏针内固定术治疗,观察组患者行有限切开微型钢板内固定术治疗。对比两组手术效果、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术优良率94.00%明显高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.00%,对照组术后并发症发生率为21.43%;观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌骨骨折患者应用有限切开微型钢板内固定术的疗效确切,可减少并发症发生率,对促进患者早日康复作用显著,建议推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of limited incision microplate internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpal fracture.Methods A total of 92 patients with metacarpal fractures were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to different surgical methods.Patients in the control group were treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation,and patients in the observation group were treated with limited incision microplate internal fixation.The surgical effect and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of surgery in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.00%,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 21.43%.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The limited incision microplate internal fixation is effective in patients with metacarpal fractures,which can reduce the incidence of complications,and has a significant effect on promoting the early recovery of patients.It is recommended to be promoted and applied.
