摘要
目的分析下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿的特点,对比高速涡轮钻微创、传统凿骨劈冠法拔除治疗的效果。方法80例下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿患者,按照随机法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。观察组采取高速涡轮钻微创治疗,对照组采取传统凿骨劈冠法治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中以及术后并发症发生情况、术后拔牙区疼痛程度。结果观察组患者术中以及术后并发症发生率分别为5.00%、7.50%,均低于对照组的22.50%、25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术时间(15.50±2.50)min短于对照组的(25.50±3.50)min,术后拔牙区疼痛评分(1.50±0.50)分低于对照组的(3.20±0.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统凿骨劈冠法拔除治疗比较,高速涡轮钻微创治疗下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿手术时间短、手术安全性高,减轻了患者的疼痛感受。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth,and compare and evaluate the overall effect of high-speed turbo-drill minimally invasive treatment and conventional chisel osteotomy for extraction.Methods A total of 80 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with high-speed turbo-drill minimally invasive treatment,and the control group was treated with conventional chisel osteotomy.The operation time,occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative complications,and postoperative pain in the extraction area were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group were 5.00%and 7.50%,which were lower than 22.50%and 25.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time(15.50±2.50)min of the observation group was shorter than(25.50±3.50)min of the control group,and the postoperative pain score in the extraction area(1.50±0.50)points was lower than(3.20±0.50)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional chisel osteotomy extraction,high-speed turbo-drill minimally invasive treatment of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth has shorter operation time,high surgical safety,and can reduce the pain of patients.
