米索前列醇用于宫腔镜手术前宫颈扩张的效果观察

Observation of effect of misoprostol on cervical dilation before hysteroscopic surgery

目的探讨米索前列醇用于宫腔镜手术前宫颈扩张的效果。方法选取2020年1~12月316例行宫腔镜手术患者为研究对象,将2020年1~6月患者设为对照组(50例),2020年7~12月患者设为观察组(266例)。对照组术前3~12 h宫颈管内置宫颈扩张棒,观察组术前3~12 h肛门内置米索前列醇。比较两组宫颈扩张效果,临床指标(手术时间、术中出血量、宫颈内口扩张宽度)。结果观察组宫颈扩张总有效率97.74%高于对照组的82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间(30.62±12.96)min短于对照组的(43.34±15.19)min,术中出血量(8.16±2.06)ml少于对照组的(14.93±5.47)ml,宫颈内口扩张宽度(7.09±1.04)mm大于对照组的(5.76±1.64)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将米索前列醇用于宫腔镜手术前能利于宫颈扩张,减少术中出血量。

Objective To discuss the effect of misoprostol on cervical dilation before hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 316 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,the patients from January to June 2020 were set as the control group(50 cases),and the patients from July to December 2020 were set as the observation group(266 cases).In the control group,a cervical dilation rod was placed into the cervical canal 3-12 h before surgery,and in the observation group,misoprostol was placed on anus with 3-12 h before surgery.The cervical dilation effect and clinical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and dilation width of the internal cervical os)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical dilation in the observation group was 97.74%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time(30.62±12.96)min of the observation group was shorter than(43.34±15.19)min of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(8.16±2.06)ml of the observation group was less than(14.93±5.47)ml of the control group;the dilation width of the internal cervical os(7.09±1.04)mm of the observation group was larger than(5.76±1.64)mm of the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of misoprostol before hysteroscopic surgery can facilitate cervical dilation and reduce intraoperative blood loss.
