多奈哌齐联合银杏蜜环口服液治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of donepezil combined with Yinxing Mihuan oral liquid in the treatment of vascular dementia

目的 探究多奈哌齐与银杏蜜环口服液联合治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法 90例VD患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用多奈哌齐治疗,观察组采用多奈哌齐联合银杏蜜环口服液治疗。比较两组治疗3个月后的临床疗效、认知功能及日常生活能力。结果 观察组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分(22.50±2.20)分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分(70.50±4.50)分均高于对照组的(18.80±2.01)、(55.05±3.30)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对比单一多奈哌齐治疗,多奈哌齐联合银杏蜜环口服液治疗VD预后效果理想,可有效改善患者认知功能及日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of donepezil combined with Yinxing Mihuan oral liquid in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD).Methods A total of 90 VD patients were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil,and the observation group was treated with donepezil combined with Yinxing Mihuan oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function and activities of daily living after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 93.33%of the observation group was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score(22.50±2.20)points and the activities of daily living(ADL)score(70.50±4.50)points in the observation group were higher than(18.80±2.01)and(55.05±3.30)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single donepezil treatment,combined with Yinxing Mihuan oral liquid has an ideal prognosis for VD,and can effectively improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living of patients.
