基于Kano-FAST组合法的大学生宿舍家具功能需求研究

Research on Functional Requirements of College Dormitory Furniture Based on Kano-FAST Combination Method

通过查阅文献、人物访谈、专家咨询等方法,借助KJ法汇总整理得到大学生对高校宿舍家具的现有问题和功能需求,同时引入FAST模型对功能需求进行分析,建立FAST功能树,将功能需求映射为21项相应的功能项目,以便对宿舍家具设计进行指导。使用Kano模型对高校宿舍家具21项功能项目进行分析,得到其所对应的质量类别,并对其依据满足需求、生产加工和成本控制等条件进行优先级的排序,且优先级层级会发生动态的变化。高校宿舍家具的功能要素配置需充分考虑不断变化着的用户需求,以期为宿舍家具的功能设计及指导生产提供可借鉴思路。

Through literature review,character interviews,expert consultation,and other methods,and with the help of KJ method,the existing problems and functional requirements of college dormitory furniture of college students were collected and analyzed,and then the FAST model was introduced to analyze the functional requirements and establish a FAST function tree.The functional requirements were mapped into 21 corresponding functional items to guide the design of dormitory furniture;the Kano model was used to analyze the 21 functional items of university dormitory furniture,so that to get their corresponding quality categories,and use them to meet the needs and production.Considerations such as processing and cost control can be prioritized,and the level would change dynamically.The configuration of functional elements of university dormitory furniture needed to fully consider the changing needs of users,in order to provide reference ideas for the functional design and guided production of dormitory furniture.
