摘要 站域空间连通性是评价城市轨道交通站点及周边建成环境整合程度的重要指标,可有效反映城市轨道交通的服务水平及站点地区TOD开发的成熟度。文章以苏州市轨道交通既有站点为研究对象,构建站域空间连通性多维度评价体系,并从线网、线路、站点3个层面分析苏州市轨道交通站点站域空间连通性特征,据此提出有针对性的优化建议,以支撑苏州市轨道交通的TOD模式实践,促进其高质量、可持续发展。 The spatial connectivity in a given station area is an important indicator to evaluate the integration degree of urban rail transit stations and the surrounding built environment,which can effectively reflect the service level of urban rail transit and the maturity of TOD development in the station area.Taking the existing stations of Suzhou rail transit as the research object,this paper constructs a multidimensional evaluation system of station spatial connectivity,analyzes the characteristics of station spatial connectivity of Suzhou rail transit stations from the three levels of line network,track and station,and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions to support the practice of TOD mode of Suzhou rail transit and promote its high-quality and sustainable development.
