摘要
城市轨道交通技术发展对车辆的舒适、绿色、安全、可靠方面提出更高的要求,天津地铁1号线车辆牵引系统采用日本进口设备,受早期技术水平制约,其性能无法满足更高的运营要求、其关键零部件停产断供,导致后续运维困难。文章根据天津地铁1号线运营技术要求及现有车辆情况,提出车辆牵引系统自主化改造方案。仿真研究及计算分析表明该整改方案可行,在提升车辆性能、节能降耗、安全舒适等方面具有较大优势。
The technical development of urban rail transit has put forward higher requirements for the comfort,green,safety and reliability of vehicles.The equipment imported from Japan is adopted for the vehicle traction system of Tianjin rail transit line 1,but its performance cannot meet the higher operational requirements due to its early technical level,and its key parts and components are shut down,resulting in difficulties in subsequent operation and maintenance.In this paper,the self-governing transformation scheme of the vehicle traction system is put forward in accordance with the technical requirements for operation and condition of existing vehicles of Tianjin rail transit line 1.The simulation research,calculation and analysis show that the rectification plan is feasible and has great advantages in improving vehicle performance,energy saving,consumption reducing,safety and comfort.
