聚乙烯基共挤木塑复合材料吸水性能测试方法探讨

摘要 以相同的木塑复合材料粒料为主要原料,采用目前常用生产配方和工艺制备了共挤木塑复合材料和非共挤木塑复合材料,依据相同的方法测试了不同浸水时间下两种木塑复合材料的吸水率和吸水尺寸变化率。研究结果表明,与非共挤木塑复合材料相比,共挤木塑复合材料的吸水过程缓慢,其24 h或72 h吸水率、吸水尺寸变化率均较小,其测试结果不能很好地区分产品质量;28 d吸水率和吸水尺寸变化率的测试结果相对具有较好的参考价值,但是测试周期较长,建议开展提高浸水水温等加速测试方法的研究,以缩短检验周期,提高检验效率。 The co-extruded wood plastic composites and un-coextruded wood plastic composites were prepared with the same wood plastic composite granules as the main raw materials, using the current common production formula and process. The water absorption and water absorption size change rate of the two wood plastic composites were tested under different soaking times according to the same method. The results showed the water absorption process of co-extruded wood plastic composites was slower than that of un-coextruded wood plastic composites. The water absorption rate and water absorption size change rate of co-extruded wood plastic composites in 24 h or 72 h were low, and the test results could not distinguish the product quality well. The test results of 28 d water absorption and water absorption size change rate had relatively good reference value, but the test cycle was long. It was recommended to carry out research on accelerated aging test methods such as increasing the immersion temperature to shorten the inspection cycle and improve the inspection efficiency.
