摘要 在弃风弃光问题日趋严重以及供热机组“以热定电”的运行方式限制下,通过对机组进行灵活性改造,在保障机组的供热能力同时使其具备调峰能力。本文通过开展大型蓄热罐技术在600 MW供热机组上的应用研究,实现机组在用电低谷期蓄热,在用电高峰期利用蓄热罐供热并且使参与电网调峰。首先,对大型蓄热罐的设计建设展开研究,根据电厂现有条件以及实际供热需求设计蓄水罐容量、布水方式等关键参数;随后分析了蓄/放热系统的经济运行方式。实际应用效果显示,该设计具有较好的适用性,值得进一步推广。 Under the seriously problem of wind power and solar power abandonment and the limitation of the operation mode of“determining power by heat”,the flexibility transformation of the heating unit can ensure the heating capacity and make it have peaking load capacity at the same time.In this paper,a research of large-scale accumulator tank technology in 600MW heating unit is carried out,which stores heat in the low power consumption period,uses heat storage tank for heat supply in the peaking power consumption period,and enables the unit to participate in power regulation.Firstly,the design and construction of large-scale accumulator tank are studied,and the key parameters such as tank capacity and water distribution mode are designed according to the existing conditions of the power plant and the actual heating demand.Then the economic operation mode of heat storage/release system is analyzed.The practical application results show that the design has good applicability and is worthy of further promotion.
