摘要
利用碲粉和氯化镉为原料,巯基乙酸为稳定剂,在水溶液中获得CdTe量子点。随后将涤纶针织物浸入量子点悬浮液中,而后使用激光诱导器进行处理,在紫外光的照射下织物表面会呈现预先设计的“Jeep”的荧光量子点图案。结果表明,根据傅里叶红外光谱图、透射电镜图、荧光光谱图等均说明在水相中合成了CdTe量子点;且量子点的荧光发射强度和最大发射波长随着回流反应时间的变化而变化,最佳加热回流反应时间为2h;而激光诱导技术还可进一步影响量子点的荧光发射行为,使其产生“红移”。该技术可灵活有效地用于量子点的可控图形化,有很好的应用前景。
CdTe quantum dots(QDs)were obtained in aqueous solution using tellurium powder and cadmium chloride as raw materials,and thioglycolic acid as stabilizer.Polyester(PET)knitted fabric was then dipped into QDs suspension and treated with laser inducer.Under ultraviolet light,the surface of the fabric shown pre-designed“Jeep”pattern of fluorescent QDs.The results shown that CdTe QDs were synthesized in aqueous phase by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The fluorescence emission intensity and the maximum emission wavelength of the QDs varied with the reflux reaction time,and the optimal reflux reaction time was 2 h.The laser-induced technology can further affect the fluorescence emission behavior of QDs,causing them to produce“red shift”.This technique can be used flexibly and effectively in the controllable graphics of QDs and had a good application prospect.
