摘要
以三聚氰胺泡沫为基体,采用一步原位氧化聚合法使吡咯与硝酸银反应,在泡沫骨架表面沉积聚吡咯颗粒及银颗粒,通过对泡沫骨架表面粗糙度进行改变来降低泡沫的表面能,从而提升改性泡沫的疏水性能。结果表明:制备的改性三聚氰胺泡沫具有较好的疏水性能及油水选择性,接触角达到138.52°,吸油倍率达到46.3,能够有效的在油水混合乳液体系中将油水分离,具有良好的实际应用前景。
Using melamine foam as the substrate,one step in-situ oxidation polymerization method was used to react pyrrole with silver nitrate,depositing polypyrrole particles and silver particles on the surface of the foam skeleton.The hydrophobic properties of the modified foams were enhanced by reducing the surface energy of the foam through changes in the surface roughness of the foam skeleton.The results shown that the modified melamine foam had good hydrophobic properties and oil-water selectivity,with contact angle of 138.52°and oil absorption multipliers of 46.3.It was capable at separating oil and water in mixed oil-water emulsion systems and had good prospects for practical application.
