Status quo and frontier analysis of free training for rural order-oriented medical students

目的 针对农村订单定向医学生免费培养现状、培养模式等方面进行回顾性分析,探寻以农村订单定向医学生作为研究对象的研究热点及研究前沿方向。方法 通过使用可视化工具Cite Space,采用文献计量学方法展开研究分析。基于CNKI、万方、维普三大数据库中相关文献生成作者合作网络、关键词聚类、关键词突发性探测等可视化网络图谱分析。结果 研究热点主要围绕农村订单定向医学生人才培养及定向培养工作建设开展情况、定向生的激励机制、教育改革与教育模式的发展进度、以全科医学为主的教学学习内容、定向生培养模式的主要现状等方面。研究前沿主要围绕健康中国、职业认同、全科医师、履约意愿、实践教学、职业规划等方面。结论 研究学者团队联系较为密切,研究热点能够较为细致的展现农村订单定向医学生免费培养现状,研究前沿具有单一性、概括性的特点,即前沿方向种类与数量上较少,前沿内容未具体细致阐明未来研究热点。

Objective To conduct a retrospective analysis on the status quo and training mode of free training for rural order-oriented medical students,and to explore the research hotspot and frontier direction of taking such medical students as research objects.Methods With visual tool Cite Space,literature metrology was used to carry out research and analysis.Based on the relevant literature retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,the author collaboration network,keyword clustering and keyword emergent detection were obtained and analyzed.Results The researches mainly focused on the talent training of rural order-oriented medical students and the development of the training,the incentive mechanism of such students,the progress of education reform and the development of education mode,the teaching and learning content mainly of general medicine,and the status quo of the training mode.The research frontiers mainly focused on healthy China,professional identity,general practitioners,performance intention,practical teaching,and career planning.Conclusions The researchers keep close contact with each other,and the research hotspots reflect the status quo of free training of rural order-oriented medical students in detail.The research frontiers are characteristic of unicity and generality,that is,there are small varieties and quantities of frontier directions,and the frontier content does not elaborate the future research hotspots in detail.
