不同分娩方式对女性盆底功能的影响及生物刺激反馈仪康复治疗的效果观察

Influence of different delivery methods on female pelvic floor function and rehabilitation treatment effect of biological stimulation feedback instrument

目的分析不同分娩方式对女性盆底功能的影响及生物刺激反馈仪康复治疗的效果。方法选取于本院产后康复门诊就诊的初产妇100例为研究对象,按分娩方式不同分为两组,剖宫产产妇50例为研究组,经阴道分娩产妇50例为对照组。分析不同分娩方式对盆底肌的损伤程度,并比较生物刺激反馈仪康复治疗的效果。结果治疗前,两组的盆底肌力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的盆底肌力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无论采用何种分娩方式,均会影响产妇的盆底功能,但经阴道分娩产妇的影响更大;产后开展盆底康复治疗可改善产妇的盆底功能,促进其康复,具有较高的可行性。

Objective To analyze the influence of different delivery methods on female pelvic floor function and the rehabilitation treatment effect of biological stimulation feedback instrument.Methods A total of 100 primiparas treated in the postpartum rehabilitation clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different delivery methods:50 cases of cesarean section as the study group and 50 cases of transvaginal as the control group.To analyze the degree of pelvic floor muscle injury caused by different delivery methods,and to compare the effect of rehabilitation treatment with biological stimulation feedback instrument.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor function is affected no matter what delivery method is used,but the effect of vaginal delivery is greater.Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy can improve the pelvic floor function of puerpera and promote their rehabilitation,which has high feasibility.
