疏肝散结汤治疗子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Shugan Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome

目的探究疏肝散结汤治疗子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证患者32例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为研究组(n=16)和对照组(n=16)。对照组接受常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受疏肝散结汤治疗,比较两组的治疗效果及激素水平。结果治疗后,研究组的孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平分别为(9.16±0.23)nmol/L、(128.04±0.21)pmol/L、(7.04±0.13)mlU/ml,(8.18±0.16)mIU/ml,均低于对照组的(13.75±0.21)nmol/L、(185.97±0.14)pmol/L、(1233±0.19)mIU/mh(13.22±0.29)mIU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组的43.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证患者采用疏肝散结汤治疗的效果良好,可有效调节激素水平,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 32 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of uterine fibroids who admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group(n=16)and the control group(n=16)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group received Shugan Sanjie Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of progesterone(P),estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were(9.16±0.23)nmol/L,(12&04±0.21)pmol/L,(7.04±0.13)mlU/ml,(8.18±0.16)mIU/ml,respectively,which were lower than(13.75±0.21)nmol/L、(185.97±0.14)pmol/L、(12.33±0.19)mIU/ml、(13.22±0.29)mIU/ml in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 87.50%,higher than 43.75%of the control group,and the diflFerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Sanjie Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of uterine fibroids,which can effectively regulate hormone levels and is worthy of clinical application.
