腹腔冲洗液SCs检测对腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术并发症的预测价值研究

Study on the predictive value of peritoneal lavage fluid SCs detection in the complications of laparoscopic myomectomy

目的探讨腹腔冲洗液梭形细胞(SCs)检测对腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术并发症的预测价值。方法选取于本院妇科住院行腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术治疗的110例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(54例)及对照组(56例),研究组采用自制袋内旋切取瘤,对照组采用传统旋切器常规裸切取瘤。分析两组旋切后关腹前腹腔冲洗液的SCs检测情况。结果研究组腹腔冲洗液脱落细胞学检测中SCs阳性检出率为11.11%,低于对照组的26.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹腔冲洗液SCs检测证实,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术自制袋内旋切可安全有效地减少瘤沫飞溅,预防播散种植、寄生等并发症的发生,经济、有效、实用,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the predictive value of peritoneal lavage fluid spindle cells(SCs)detection for complications in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 110 inpatients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in the Department of Gynecology of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(n=54)and the control group(n=56).In the study group,the tumor was harvested by internal rotation in self-made bag,while in the control group,the tumor was harvested by conventional naked rotation.The SCs detection of peritoneal lavage fluid before abdominal closure after rotary incision was analyzed in two groups.Results The positive detection rate of SCs in the study group was 11.11%,which was lower than 26.79%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of SCs test showed that laparoscopic myomectomy with self-made bag internal rotation can safely and effectively reduce the spatter of tumor foam,prevent the occurrence of complications such as spreading,planting and parasitizing.It is economical,effective and practical,and worthy of clinical promotion.
