基于成本分担的复杂产品供应商培育研究

摘要 复杂产品制造商普遍采用“主制造商—供应商”管理模式来应对装备研制过程中的高投入和高风险问题,在这一模式下,供应商所提供的零部件质量水平对复杂产品的整体质量水平有着十分重要的影响。文章分析了在资源约束下,基于成本分担的培育策略在激励供应商提升其供应件质量水平中的有效性,并设计相应的算法求解制造商合理的成本分担策略。结果表明,对不同供应商,成本分担策略发挥的效果并不一致。但从整体结果来看,制定合理的成本分担策略能够激励供应商,提升最终产品的整体质量水平。 Complex product manufacturers generally adopt a“main manufacturer-supplier” management mode to deal with the high investment and risk issues in the development stage. In this mode, the quality of components provided by suppliers has a very important impact on the overall quality level of complex products. This paper analyses the effectiveness of the cultivation strategy based on cost sharing in motivating suppliers to improve the quality level of their supplied parts under resource constraints. Furthermore, we design a corresponding algorithm to solve for a reasonable cost sharing strategy for manufacturers. The results show that the cost sharing strategy does not work consistently for different suppliers, but the overall results show that developing a reasonable cost sharing strategy can motivate suppliers and improve the overall quality level of the final product.
