大数据背景下邮政的业财融合转型探究

随着物流成本管控日趋标准化和精细化,局部的成本管控已经不能满足企业的需求。同时大数据信息技术的发展使得传统财务管理模式难以有力支撑网络经济下的企业运营。因此,物流行业的激烈竞争和企业自身的发展需求推动着邮政企业利用大数据等智能化技术进行财务转型。文章对邮政企业的财务转型路径分析,针对邮政企业业务范围繁杂和业财管理脱节的问题,提出了从业财信息共享平台、数据治理体系和人员组织优化这三方面着手帮助实现企业财务与业务的深度融合。

With the increasingly standardized and refined logistics cost control, local cost control can no longer meet the needs of enterprises. At the same time, the development of big data information technology makes it difficult for the traditional financial management model to effectively support the enterprise operation under the network economy. Therefore, the fierce competition in the logistics industry and the development needs of enterprises promote postal enterprises to use intelligent technologies such as big data for financial transformation. This paper analyzes the path of financial transformation of postal enterprises. Aiming at the problems of complex business scope and disconnection of business and financial management of postal enterprises, this paper puts forward three aspects: business and financial information sharing platform, data governance system and personnel organization optimization to help realize the deep integration of enterprise finance and business.
