基于机器视觉的智能取件系统

摘要 近年来,随着快递公司为压缩成本而不断缩减送货上门服务的比例,菜鸟驿站的业务得到了长足发展。然而,当前驿站的低自动化制约了其利润空间的增长。为此,文章设计了一套低成本投入的基于机器视觉的智能快递自提系统,并配合改进了的条码定位解码算法,实现用户取件的自动化管理。该系统易于复制和扩展,可以降低人工成本,提高效率,增加驿站的利润。 In recent years, with the express companies reducing the proportion of door-to-door service in order to reduce costs, the business of rookie post station has made great progress. However, the low automation of the current post station restricts the growth of its profit space. Therefore, this paper designs a set of low-cost intelligent express pick-up system based on machine vision, and cooperates with the improved barcode positioning and decoding algorithm to realize the automatic management of user pick-up. The system is easy to copy and expand which can reduce labor cost, improve efficiency and increase the profit of the post station.
