Influence of Plateau on Diesel Engine and Related Optimization

摘要 通过工程实践和查阅相关文献,充分讨论高海拔对柴油机运行影响,通过标定可以改善柴油机高原性能情形。高海拔环境,外界冷却能力下降,柴油机进气流量降低,燃烧恶化,导致柴油机动力性、经济性和可靠性下降。通过减少外特性油量、优化喷油规律及其他控制器等措施,可最大限度提高柴油机高原性能。 Through the engineering practice and related literatures, fully discuss the effect on diesel engine on the plateau, and the way of improving performance of the diesel engine on the plateau. In the high altitude environment, engine’s cooling capacity drops, diesel engine intake airflow rate is reduced, combustion is deteriorated, resulting in a decline in diesel engine performance, such as power, fuel efficiency and reliability.Reducing fuel flow of full throttle, optimizing strategic model of fuel injection and the other controller, can improve diesel engine’s performance on the plateau.
