某国六天然气发动机制动系统优化研究

摘要 国六天然气发动机技术路线大多采用理论空燃比+EGR路线。理论空燃比路线的采用,极大提高了发动机热负荷,并对发动机气缸体、气缸盖、活塞、排气门等零部件的可靠性提出了极大的挑战。本文依据某国六天然气发动机制动系统的优化,通过一系列的试验研究,探讨了制动系统与发动机整机可靠性的关联;对产品设计进行了验证及改进,并对改进后的产品可靠性能进行再验证。为国六天然气发动机的开发提供参考。 The stoichiometric-burn +EGR is adopted in most of the technical routes of natural gas engine. The adoption of the stoichiometric-burn route greatly improves the thermal load of the engine, and poses a great challenge to the reliability of engine body, cylinder head, piston, exhaust valve and other components. Based on the optimization of the braking system, the relevance between the braking system and the reliability of the engine is discussed through a series of experimental studies. The product design is verified, and the reliability of the improved product is re-verfied.It provides reference for the development of natural gas engine.
