摘要
国内某燃气轮机电厂进行了首轮国产化尾筒密封件试制,其目的是打破OEM厂家技术垄断,推进燃气轮机热部件国产化技术,节省企业运维成本。实验件针对进口原件进行了部分改进并挂机实验,经过一段时间运行后,实验件损坏严重,不可继续使用。本文通过对实验件缺陷分析及与同批次原件对比分析,判定了损坏原因,通过金相分析和工艺改进,针对性提出了改进方案。在总结了首轮挂机实验经验教训后,进行了新一轮实验件制造,择机继续进行挂机实验,持续推进燃机国产化技术实践与研究。
A domestic gas turbine power plant carried out the first trial production of domestic transition outlet seals, aiming to break the technological monopoly of OEM manufacturers, promote the domestic technology of gas turbine thermal components, and save the operation and maintenance costs of the enterprise. The experimental parts have been partially improved for the imported originals and hung up the experiment. After a period of operation, the experimental parts were seriously damaged and could not be used. In this paper, by analyzing the defects of the experimental parts and comparing with the original parts of the same batch, the cause of the damage is determined, and the improvement scheme is put forward through metallographic analysis and process improvement. After summarizing the lessons learned from the first round of hang-up experiments, a new round of experimental parts manufacturing was carried out, and the hang-up experiment was selected to continue to be carried out, and the practice and research of the localization technology of gas turbines was continuously promoted.
