高原客车用发动机排气管漏气故障分析及结构优化

摘要 针对成都某高原客车频繁出现排气管漏气的故障,通过仿真、路谱分析、台架试验,确定故障原因为中冷器及进气管路漏气以及高原运行工况导致排温升高,排气管受高温影响而变形漏气。修复中冷器及进气管路漏气,且对排气管结构进行优化,此故障未在集中出现。 In view of the frequent exhaust pipe leakage fault of a highland bus in Chengdu, through simulation, road spectrum analysis, bench test, it is determined that the cause of the fault is the air leakage in the intercooler and intake pipe, and the high exhaust temperature caused by the highland operation condition, and the exhaust pipe deformation and leakage caused by high temperature. The air leakage in the intercooler and intake pipe was repaired, and the structure of the exhaust pipe was optimized. This fault did not occur in a centralized manner.
