摘要 为有效解决汽修专业人才培养与社会需求脱节问题,根据职教专家姜大源“职业教育目标要以就业为导向、职业教育的专业要以职业为导向、职业教育的课程要以过程为导向”的职教理论,我校开展了基于工作过程系统化的汽修专业人才培养的改革与实践,通过梳理总结改革的过程和举措,得出基于工作过程系统化的改革实践在立德树人、育训结合、校企协作、以赛促学等方面成效显著。 In order to effectively solve the problem of disconnection between personnel training for automobile maintenance major and social needs, according to the vocational education theory of Dayuan Jiang, a famous vocational education expert, that "the goal of vocational education should be employment-oriented, the majors of vocational education should be career-oriented, and the courses of vocational education should be process-oriented", our school has carried out of the reform and practice of personnel training for automobile maintenance major based on the systematization of working process. By sorting out and summarizing the reform process and measures, it is concluded that the reform practice based on the systematization of work process has achieved remarkable results in cultivating people by virtue, combining education and training, school-enterprise cooperation, and promoting learning by competition.
