云南某含砷铅锌银多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对含铅2.93%、锌2.80%、银110.45g/t、硫26.94%、有害元素砷0.53%的云南某含砷铅锌银多金属矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:采用铅优先—锌硫混合浮选再分离工艺,结合铅银矿物高效捕收剂BK915和黄铁矿抑制剂BD,获得了铅品位68.46%、铅回收率88.50%、银品位2358 g/t、银回收率84.37%、砷品位1.45%的铅精矿;锌品位51.32%、锌回收率89.07%、砷品位0.18%的锌精矿;硫品位49.14%、硫回收率82.35%的硫精矿。 Based on the process mineralogy research,beneficiation tests were carried out on a Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic ore containing arsenic in Yunnan.It contains 2.93%lead,2.80%zinc,110.45g/t silver,26.94%sulfur and 0.53%harmful element arsenic.A process composed of lead priority-zinc-sulfur bulk flotation and reseparation was adopted,combined with the efficient lead-silver collector BK915 and the pyrite inhibitor BD.As a result,the experiment produced a lead concentrate with lead grade of 68.46%,lead recovery of 88.50%,silver grade of 2358 g/t,silver recovery of 84.37%and arsenic grade of 1.45%,a zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 51.32%,zinc recovery of 89.07%and arsenic grade of 0.18%and a sulfur concentrate with 49.14%sulfur grade and 82.35%sulfur recovery.
