摘要
阴极板运载装置是全自动剥锌机系统的关键设备,用于阴极板在自动剥锌系统与天车之间进行双向输送。结合全自动剥锌设备的主体结构和作业流程,以及阴极板运载装置的结构与技术参数,针对加减速运动时的惯性特性,进行摆动抑制原理的分析,并建立运载装置在快速制动过程中阴极板摆动角度随运载装置加速度变化的摆动模型。提出用运载装置二次变速的制动方法来抑制阴极板的摆动,并进行仿真分析与试验测试。结果表明:运载装置二次变速的制动方式可以有效地抑制阴极板在运载装置快速制动时的大幅度摆动,解决阴极板在放置时因摆动而极易发生掉落的问题,以及运载装置在快速制动的情况下无法精准定位的问题。现场试验结果表明,运载装置的制动时间减少了32.2%,制动距离减少了33.3%,阴极板的摆动基本消除。
The cathode plate carrier is the critical equipment of the automatic zinc stripping system(AZSS),which is used for the two-way transportation of cathode plates between the AZSS and the crown.In this paper,combined with the main structure and operation process of the AZSS,as well as the structure and technical parameters of the cathode plate carrier,the swing suppression principle is analyzed based on the inertia characteristics of acceleration and deceleration.The swing model between the swing-angle of the cathode plate and the acceleration of the carrier during the rapid braking process is established.Based on this,the secondary variable speed braking mode of the carrier is proposed to suppress the swing of the cathode plate,and the simulation analysis and experimental test are carried out.The results show that this method can effectively inhibit the large swing of the cathode plate during the rapid braking of the carrier,solve the problems that the cathode plate is easy to fall due to the swing during placement,and the problem that the carrier cannot be accurately positioned under the rapid braking.Through the practical test,the braking time of the carrier is 32.2%faster,and the braking distance is 33.3%shorter,and the swing of the cathode plate is basically eliminated.
