摘要 为了保证排水蝶阀能顺利可靠地启闭,南宁津头泵站计划将原来老化的电动蝶阀改造升级为液控蝶阀。在升级改造前,对液控蝶阀的液压系统进行设计研究,并利用Fluidsim软件进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所设计的液压系统能完成正常情况下电控开、关阀,也能在停电且备用电源也失效的非常状态下,利用储能器存储的能量完成手动开、关阀。 In order to ensure the smooth and reliable opening and closing of the drainage butterfly valve, it is planned to upgrade the aging electric butterfly valve into hydraulic control butterfly valve at Jintou Pump Station of Nanning.Before upgrading, the hydraulic system of the hydraulic control butterfly valve was designed and studied, and the Fluidsim software was used for simulation verification. The results of simulation show that the designed hydraulic system can complete the electric control valve opening or closing under normal conditions, and can also complete the manual valve opening or closing by use of the energy stored in the accumulator under the abnormal state of power failure and backup power failure.
