水电站转轮叶片定桨处理

摘要 西津电厂4号水轮机轴流转桨式机组运行中出现操作机构内部故障导致桨叶无法动作,与导叶协联关系失效。本文从定桨角度选择、防桨叶转动措施、运行注意事项等3个方面着手,介绍快速高效处理该问题的方法,处理后机组运行各项参数(振动、摆度、温度等)均正常,并介绍了定桨处理方法及经验。 The runner blades of No.4 Kaplan turbine of Xijin Hydropower Station had ever could not move during operation due to internal fault of operating mechanism, and the correlation between blades and wicket gates also became valid. This problem was rapidly and efficiently solved. An introduction was made on the treatment method in respects of selection of blade fixing angle, measures for preventing rotation of blade and issues in need of special attention during operation. Various operation parameters of turbine after the treatment such as vibration, swing and temperature are normal.The author also presented the blade fixing treatment method and experience.
