广西山洪灾害危险区动态管理研究

Dynamic management study of mountain torrent disaster danger zones in Guangxi

近年来广西山洪灾害频发,急需根据实际受灾情况调整危险区清单。通过开展广西山洪灾害危险区动态管理研究,探讨动态调整范围及调入、调出原则,更新危险区清单,实现动态管理。经统计更新,截至2021年底,广西山洪灾害危险区共20 276个,未来应根据山洪灾害实际情况继续开展更新工作,合理调入、调出危险区,实行危险区动态管理。

Mountain torrent disasters have frequently occurred in recent years in Guangxi. It is urgent to adjust the list of danger zones in Guangxi according to the actual disaster situation. Dynamic management of mountain torrent disaster danger zones in Guangxi was studied, based on which the authors discuss the dynamic adjusting scope, the inclusion and exclusion principles, as well as the updating of danger zone list. According to the statistic updating results, Guangxi had 20276 mountain torrent disaster danger zones by the end of 2021. The updating of danger zone list will continue according to the actual situation of mountain torrent disaster in the future, so as to realize dynamic management of danger zones.
