摘要 目的 建立超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)法同时测定热毒宁注射液(金银花、栀子、青蒿)中栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷、绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸的含量。方法 该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用ACES CDim色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7μm);流动相乙腈-5 mmol/L甲酸铵(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.3 mL/min;柱温30℃;电喷雾离子源,正负离子检测,选择反应监测模式。结果 5种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 4),平均加样回收率98.88%~99.99%,RSD 1.21%~2.10%。结论 该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于热毒宁注射液的质量控制。 AIM To establish a ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous content determination of geniposide, genipin-1-β-D-gentiobioside, chlorogenicacid, neochlorogenic acid and cryptochlorogenic acid in Reduning Injection(Lonicerae japonicae Flos, Gardeniae Fructus, Artemisiae annuae Herba).METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic ACES CDim column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-5 mmol/L ammonium formate(containing 0.1% formic acid) flowing at 0.3 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and electron spray ionization source was adopted in positive and negative ion detection with selected reaction monitoring mode.RESULTS Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.999 4), whose average recoveries were 98.88%-99.99% with the RSDs of 1.21%-2.10%.CONCLUSION This rapid, simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Reduning Injection.
