摘要
高层次人才是高职院校高质量发展的重要支撑。新发展阶段,高职院校迫切渴求高层次人才,但由于重短期成效轻系统规划、重外生变量轻内生变量和重前期引进轻后期管理的引进误区,以及人才竞争异常激烈、政策制度不够完善、院校自身发展局限和个人固有观念偏见等阻力因素影响,始终面临人才“难引进”的困顿。高职院校要想打造“人才高地”,必须坚持精准引才、有力聚才、系统育才、有效用才,只有将人才引进来、育出来、用起来、留下来,才能真正释放人才红利,赋能提质培优,助力高职院校实现新发展阶段的高质量发展目标。
High-level talents are an important support for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges. In the new stage of development, higher vocational colleges are eager for high-level talents. However, due to emphasis on the introduction of short-term results and neglect of systematic planning, emphasis on exogenous variables and neglect of endogenous variables, and emphasis on early introduction and neglect of subsequent management, as well as the fierce competition for talents,imperfect policies and systems, limitations in the development of colleges, and personal inherent biases,the difficulty in introducing talents is compounded. If higher vocational colleges want to build a“talent highland”, they have to adhere to precise talent introduction, strong gathering of talents, systematic cultivation of talents, and effective use of talents. Only by introducing talents, cultivating them, using them, and retaining them can they truly release the talent dividend, empower talents and improve quality and cultivate excellence to help higher vocational colleges and achieve high-quality development goals in the new stage of development.
