涂装薄膜前处理工艺关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies of Coating Film Pretreatment Process

随着汽车轻量化技术的发展,多材料混合车身共线涂装的产品越来越多,这对涂装生产线的工艺设计、工艺控制和质量管理等方面提出了新的挑战和要求,尤其对涂装前处理工艺设计与管理提出了新的要求。本文围绕多材料共线生产的薄膜前处理工艺技术,从工艺角度,重点介绍了两种薄膜前处理工艺的工艺要求和管理要点,并对薄膜前处理工艺进行了阐述。

The development of automotive lightweight technology and the increasing number of multi-material hybrid body collinear coating products have put forward new challenges and requirements for the process design,process control and quality management of the coating production line,especially for the design and management of the pretreatment process.This paper focuses on the film pretreatment process technology of multi-material collinear production,and focuses on the process requirements and management points of the two film pretreatment processes,and briefly expounds the film pretreatment process.
