干式涂装喷漆室的新结构研究

摘要 本文结合涂装生产线的实际情况,对湿式喷漆室和干式喷漆室分别从使用能耗、工艺配置、维护保养上进行分类对比,突出体现了干式喷漆室的优点。并对干式喷漆室的多种结构进行对比,分析得出目前相对性价比最好的干式喷漆室结构形式。新的干式涂装喷漆室结构维护成本更低、能耗更低,更符合国家节能减排政策。新的干式喷漆室结构能对涂装行业的发展有一定的前瞻性指导意义,有助于推动行业的发展。 In this article,combined with the actual situation of painting line,wet spraying chamber and dry spraying chamber are comparatively studied in terms of their energy consumption,process conditions,maintenance and comparison,and the advantages of dry spraying chamber is highlighted.By means of analyzing various dry spraying chamber structure,the current cost-effective dry spraying chamber structure is put forward.The new dry spraying chamber structure show lower maintenance cost,lower energy consumption and better in line with the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy.Moreover,its structure is useful for the development of painting industry.
