摘要
以二甘醇、新戊二醇、丙二醇为多元醇,对苯二甲酸和偏苯三酸酐为多元酸,三羟甲基丙烷为扩链剂合成一种70/30环氧固化饱和聚酯树脂。研究了TMP用量、合成工艺对聚酯树脂消光性能影响;研究了聚酯与消光剂的配伍性、粉末涂料机械性能和附着力。通过高效液相色谱测定聚酯树脂的相对分子质量及分布系数,以红外光谱(FI-IR)表征聚酯树脂结构,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察涂膜微观结构。实验结果表明,本文合成的70/30聚酯树脂与消光剂匹配性好,可制备低光泽的粉末涂料,制成的低光粉末涂料机械性能优良、涂膜表面平整、微观结构致密。
A 70/30 epoxy-cured saturated polyester resin was synthesized with diethylene glycol,neopentyl glycol and propylene glycol as polyols,terephthalic acid and trimellitic anhydride aspolyacids,and trimethylolpropane as chain extender.The effects of TMP dosage and synthesisprocess on the matting properties of polyester resin were investigated.The compatibility of polyesterand matting agent,mechanical properties,and adhesion of powder coatings were studied.Themolecular weight and distribution coefficient of polyester resin were determined by high-performanceliquid chromatography.The structure of polyester resin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FI-IR)and the microstructure of coating film was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The experimental results show that the synthesized 70/30 polyester resin is well matchedwith the matting agent and can prepare the powder coatings with low glossness.The coatingshave excellent mechanical properties,flat surfaces and dense microstructure.
