填料对卷材涂料性能的影响研究

Study on Effects of Fillers on Properties of Coil Coatings

卷材涂料是以饱和聚酯树脂为主体树脂,配以氨基树脂做固化剂的单组分烤漆体系,其膜厚相对较薄,但性能要求高。除了主体树脂的主要作用外,不同的填料在卷材涂料体系中起着非常重要的作用。本文研究了包括硫酸钡、高岭土、石英粉、长石粉、硅灰石、滑石粉、重钙、轻钙共8种不同种类的填料对卷材涂料中底漆和面漆各种性能的影响,并着重考察了在底漆中的盐雾结果和面漆中的老化结果。

Coil coatings is a 1K coating system with saturated polyester resin as main resin and amino resin as curing agent.It has thin film thickness and high performance requirements.So fillers play an important role in coil coating system.In this article,the effects of eight different fillers including barium sulfate,kaolin,quartz powder,feldspar powder,wollastonite,talcum powder,coarse whiting and light calcium on the properties of primer and topcoats were studied.The results of salt spray in primers and aging behavior in topcoats were investigated in particular.
