UN R160汽车事件数据记录系统(EDR)法规研究

Research on UN Regulation No.160-Event Data Recorder(EDR)

汽车事件数据记录系统(Event data recorder system,EDR)是一套用于监测、采集和记录碰撞事件发生时及发生前后车辆相关数据的系统。UN R160是EDR的一项法规。本文研究UN R160法规中对EDR的数据元素、数据格式、数据记录等要求,提出了对应各项要求的试验验证方法建议,并进行了试验验证。该研究提出的试验方法符合UN R160的法规要求,可支撑出口车辆EDR产品的研发验证工作。

Event data recorder(EDR)is a device or function that records data for crash event.UN R160 is a regulation for this system.This paper researches the technical requirements of data elements,data format,data capture in UN R160.It is proposed that the technical requirements of UN R160 can be tested and certified with the test methods of GB 39732-2020.The proposed method is verified that it complies the requirements of UN R160,and can be used for the development of EDR for export vehicles.
