摘要
差速器是汽车传动构成的基本部件之一,由于差速器本身结构的不对称和内部平衡载荷的存在,在主减齿轮上会产生随转角相位变化的错位量.随着汽车对齿轮箱NVH性能要求的不断提升,对主减齿轮传递误差的要求也越来越高,在实际工程中,差速器所产生的错位量有不可忽略影响.本文通过对差速器进行力学分析,明确了差速器产生错位量的原因,并提出了随转角相位变化错位量应用的方法,为高性能主减齿轮修形优化奠定了基础.
The differential is one of the basic components of automobile transmission. Due to the asymmetry of the differential itself and the existence of the internal balance load, the main reduction gear will produce a dislocation amount that changes with the angle phase. With the continuous improvement of the NVH performance requirements of the gearbox, the requirements for the transmission error of the main reduction gear are also getting higher and higher. In practical engineering, the amount of misalignment generated by the differential has a non-negligible impact. Through the mechanical analysis of the differential, this paper defines the causes of the misalignment of the differential, and puts forward the application method of the misalignment varying with the angle phase, which lays a foundation for the modification and optimization of the high-performance main reducer gear.
