摘要
有机物朗肯循环(简称ORC)是以烷烃或制冷剂等有机物替代水作为工质、回收中低品位热能的发电循环。对于100~225℃的中低温热源,有机物朗肯循环具有统治性优势,市场潜力巨大但核心技术被少数国外产商垄断,因此为完成ORC地热发电厂的技术验证,同时形成面向余热回收的ORC发电产品,在“径流式透平-永磁同步发电机-电磁轴承全封闭一体化结构”、有机工质换热器、全系统变工况性能评估等关键核心技术攻关完成后,于厂内搭建315 kW有机朗肯循环(ORC)试验样机,其最高发电效率8.8%,在不带回热器的ORC产品中位居前列,与国际先进产品性能相当。
Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)uses organic compound such as hydrocarbons or refrigerants to replace water as a working fluid to recover low and medium grade heat energy.For low and medium temperature heat sources of 100 to 225℃,the Organic Rankine Cycle has a dominant advantage in the market.The potential is huge but the core technology is monopolized by a few foreign manufacturers.Therefore,in order to verify the technical of ORC geothermal power plants,and to develop ORC power generation products for waste heat recovery,a 315 kW Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)test prototype is built in the factory after the completion of key core technologies such as the"radial turbine-permanent magnet synchronous generator-electromagnetic bearing in fully enclosed integrated structure",organic working fluid heat exchangers,and full system variable-condition performance evaluation.The highest net power generation efficiency of this prototype is 8.8%,which ranks in the forefront of ORC products without recuperator,and is comparable to the performance of international advanced products.
