摘要
转子-轴承系统中轴承和转子作为相互耦合的两个部分,其结构和设计参数对保障系统的安全稳定性非常重要。在转子尺寸受到机组气动性能等因素制约无法进行较大调整时,合适的轴承参数选择对整个转子-轴承系统动力学特性的保证至关重要。本文以某压缩气体储能项目高压离心压缩机为例,探讨了不同的轴承宽径比、间隙比、瓦块支点位置以及预负荷系数对轴承性能、转子-轴承系统稳定性及不平衡响应临界转速的影响,对旋转机械轴承参数的选择有一定指导意义。
As two coupled parts of the rotor-bearing system,the structure and design parameters of the bearing and rotor are very important to ensure the safety and stability of the system.When the rotor size can not be greatly adjusted due to the aerodynamic performance of the unit,the selection of appropriate bearing parameters is very important to ensure the dynamic characteristics of the whole rotor-bearing system.In this paper,taking a high-pressure centrifugal compressor of a compressed gas energy storage project as an example,the Influence of different width-diameter ratio,clearance ratio,supporting position and preload coefficient on bearing performance,rotor-bearing system stability and unbalanced response critical speed are discussed,which has a certain guiding significance for the selection of bearing parameters of rotating machinery.
