市域(郊)铁路的车站综合开发思路探究

Research on the Comprehensive Development of Urban and Suburb Railway Stations

随着都市圈、城市群建设的有序推进,市域(郊)铁路的建设热度越来越高,但大部分已投产的市域(郊)铁路项目收益情况并不理想,科学的站区综合开发是提高铁路收益能力的重要途径,针对市域(郊)铁路车站综合开发的策略亟待探究。从市域(郊)铁路车站客流类型、功能定位、车站属性切入,对市域(郊)铁路车站综合开发进行SWOT分析,根据分析结果提出相应发展战略,并在开发规模、开发强度、开发时序、产业发展、空间布局等方面给出了具体的实施路径,以期为市域(郊)铁路车站综合开发项目提供参考思路。

With the advancement of metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations construction,urban and suburb railway is becoming more and more popular.However,the income of most suburban railway projects that have been put into operation is unsatisfactory,scientific comprehensive development of station is an important way to improve railway revenue capacity.Strategies for comprehensive development of urban and suburb railway stations need to be explored.In order to provide reference ideas for the comprehensive development project of urban and suburb railway station,this paper makes a SWOT analysis on the comprehensive development of urban and suburb railway station from the perspective of passenger flow types,function positioning and station attributes,according to the results,corresponding development strategy is proposed,and the specific implementation path is given in terms of development scale,development intensity,development timing,industrial development,spatial layout,etc.
