国际工程多项目投标风险定量评估模型研究

Research on Risk Quantitative Assessment Model of International Engineering Multi-Project Bidding

国际工程项目投标风险评价模型是目前国际工程领域研究的热点问题之一。总结分析国内外关于国际工程项目投标风险评估方法的不足,基于灰色关联理论和综合评分理论,提出一种可用于国际工程多项目投标风险定量评估的模型,对某工程承包企业拟投标四个项目风险量进行定量评估,分析结果验证了投标风险定量分析模型的正确性和可行性。多项目投标风险定量评估模型可为类似国际工程项目的投标机会决策提供理论参考。

The risk assessment model of international engineering project bidding is one of the hot issues in the field of international engineering at present.This paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of domestic and foreign methods on international engineering project bidding risk evaluation.A theory model for quantitative evaluation of multi-project bidding risk is presented based on Gray Relation Analysis and Comprehensive Scoring Theory.Then this paper verifys the correctness and feasibility of theory model by quantitatively evaluating the bidding of four international projects,which provides theoretical reference for the decision of bidding opportunities in similar international engineering projects.
