摘要
随着国家对水污染的控制,尤其是对工业用水处理的严格要求,如何在火电厂内部消耗掉工业废水成为亟待解决的问题。大部分电厂将废水分级利用,其中高盐水回用于脱硫系统是一种常见的利用方式,但国内外对脱硫浆液中盐分对脱硫性能的影响研究却很少见。主要就高盐水回用对脱硫系统性能,比如SO传质特性、脱硫效率、石灰石离解效率、石膏品质及脱硫吸收塔结垢和腐蚀等方面的影响进行了研究与分析,探讨了多种离子在不同浓度下对脱硫性能的影响,并期望能找到优化脱硫系统性能的高盐水组分,实现高盐废水的高效回用,减少脱硫废水外排量。
With the country’s control of water pollution, especially the strict requirements for industrial water treatment, how to consume industrial wastewater in thermal power plants has become an urgent problem to be solved. Most power plants use wastewater by stages, among which the reuse of high brine for desulfurization system is a common utilization method. However, there are few studies on the effect of salt in desulfurization slurry on desulfurization performance at home and abroad. This paper mainly studied and analyzed the effects of high brine reuse on the performance of desulfurization system, such as SOmass transfer characteristics, desulfurization efficiency, limestone dissociation efficiency, gypsum quality, as well as the scaling and corrosion of desulfurization absorber, and discussed the effects of various ions at different concentrations on desulfurization performance. It is expected to find high brine water components to optimize the performance of desulfurization system, realize the efficient reuse of high brine wastewater, and reduce the external discharge of desulfurization wastewater.
